Every Year our local Service Unit sponsors a Mother/Daughter Weekend. Because everyone knows if your mom is your Girl Scout Troop leader, you are always the one that gets to do the activities last just in case there is not enough time or supplies to cover everyone that shows up because they couldn't replying ahead of time that they are coming and throw your numbers out the window.
This year we went to Frankenmuth, stayed at the local troop house and did some major retail shopping at the Christmas store. This was a great opportunity to have some time with only my two daughters.
